How to place an order – 3 simple steps !


1. Add to cart
Select “Get Your Own” and you are ready to shop. When you have found the item you wish to purchase, you click the button ”Add to cart”, and automatically the item will be registered in your shopping cart.  You will notice the ‘Quantity’ and the ‘Price’ of the products you have selected. You may then either ‘Update’ and continue shopping or go to ‘Check out’.

2. How to Check out and Complete your purchase
At the checkout, you are to fill out a form ‘Customer Details’ with your personal information (name, shipping address and email address). Once completed, you need to choose a payment method (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card). When you then click the button “Place order now” to go through to the payment. If you have chosen to pay by Credit/Debit card, you will automatically be directed to the online payment system.

3. Order Confirmation
When the payment is done, your order is complete. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your order has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation and your invoice by e-mail.

Create your own customer account
When you place your first order at www.noha.dk. you will be asked if you would like to create your own customer account for future use. When you log into your account, you need your e-mail address as well as a password. You can create an account at any time you wish. If you forget your password, you can always ask to have a new one sent to you. This happens automatically via the webshop.

Prices
All stated prices are retail prices VAT inclusive. Mistakes may occur in pricing and stock availability. The prices are current prices.

Note for use of Credit/Debit cards:
If you pay by credit card, you are always secured against misuse because you have the opportunity to decline a payment if something is not right on your account statement. The data you send when paying online with a credit card are encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that only Nets can read them.

In case your card should be misused in an internet shop which uses SSL in their payment system, you will not have any excess on your loss, which is an added layer of protection as opposed to shopping in a physical shop (items bought by misuse of your PIN-code). SSL is an integrated part of our payment system in Noha.

The price of your order will not be withdrawn from your account until we have shipped the order. You will not be charged for anything else than what you have accepted to buy. If a change is made in your order from the time the order is placed until we ship it (e.g. if you regret a purchase etc.), this change will of course be adjusted in the payment.

Noha uses PayPal which is a safe online payment system which is approved by Nets.

If you chose to pay by bank transfer, you are always to state your name and your order number, which you will find on your order confirmation. Please note that ordered products will not be reserved until we have received your payment.


Shipping and Postage

We offer delivery to all over the world, and all international orders are shipped with GLS International or DHL. Your shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your package and your geographical distance to us. Our system automatically chooses the cheapest solution for you. When your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation of this including a link with which you can track your order. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on our homepage. If you have any questions about the status of your order, you are of course welcome to contact us. Please note that no orders are shipped until ALL ordered items are in stock.


Delivery time

We ship orders on all working days throughout the year. In general, you can expect that orders which are placed before Noon on a working day to be shipped on the same day. Contact us if you want to inquire about an estimated delivery time.


Custom and import charges

Be aware that custom or import duties can be charged on your delivery once it reaches its destination. Any such duties are your responsibility. Unfortunately we have no control over these duties, and as they vary widely from country to country, we cannot even tell you how much you can be charged on a specific delivery. If you are worried that you might be charged custom or import duties on an order, it could be a good idea to contact your local customs office for relevant guidance.


Discrepancies in Color and Graining

Please note that pictures of our products as they appear in the web shop do not represent the exact color or pattern of the item you buy. All the Noha Originals products individual and hand-crafted pieces. Each item has its own unique appearance.  Some minor color differences should therefore be expected. If you receive an item that does not live up to your expectations, you are of course welcome to utilize your right of cancellation.


Right of cancellation

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you always have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop online.
The right of cancellation runs from the day you receive your goods. If an item is taken into use before the expiration of the right of cancellation, and if you should hereafter regret your buy, you yourself are liable for any depreciation in the value of the item which is due to any other handling than the one necessary to test the item in a regular manner in a physical store. Therefore you should make sure to always return all items in the same condition as at receipt. Please return in the original packaging. Keep it if you are in doubt whether you want to keep the item.

If you wish to utilize your right of cancellation, you are to fill out the enclosed return form. Enclose it with the items you wish to return. The cost of shipping the items back to us - and the liability to return the items safely - is your responsibility.

When we receive your return items, we refund the full price including any potential shipping costs, which you may have had on your original order.

If you return item(s) and they obviously have been used, as described above, you will only receive a partial refund depending on an assessed new commercial value.  Please note that it can take up to two weeks from the receipt of the return form and the return items until your money is returned.

Right of exchange

With us, you always have 14 days full right of exchange on goods bought at www.noha.dk The right of exchange runs from the day you receive your goods. If any item is taken into use before the expiration of the right of exchange, and if, hereafter, you should regret your buy and wish to exchange this item for another item, you yourself are liable for any depreciation in the value of this item, which is due to any other handling than the one necessary to test the item in a regular manner in a physical store. Therefore, make sure to always return all items in an unchanged condition. It is always a good idea to keep the original packaging until you have decided to keep the item.

If you wish to utilize your right of exchange, you are to fill out the enclosed return form and return it along with the return items. Please state your exchange wishes on the form. You yourself are responsible for the payment of the return, but in return we always pay the postage on your new delivery with the same delivery method that you chose for your original order. Please note that it is your liability that all return items are returned safely to us. If you wish to exchange an item for another item at a lower price, the balance will of course be transferred back to you. You are free to choose between getting your money back and getting a gift token to rikkitikkishop.com. Simply state your choice on the return form.

If on the other side you wish to exchange an item for another item at a higher cost, you are not to state exchange. Instead you are to return the item in accordance with right of cancellation and place a new order at our shop.

Warranty

When you shop at www.noha.dk you have 2 years warranty on items which may be damaged before the expiration of this period of time or which have other considerable flaws and/or deficiencies according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that in case of flaws and/or deficiencies, you are entitled to reparation, exchange, your money back or potentially abatement depending on the specific case. To make a claim on an item, it is a requirement that the deficiency/flaw has not occurred due to misapplication or other tortious behavior, or that the deficiency/flaw was already present in the item at the time of acquisition. Remember that notice of any defect shall be given within a reasonable time after manifestation. Timely notice is considered to be two months after manifestation at the latest.

When making a claim, it is important that you contact us before sending back any items so that we can determine the subsequent process. Please simply send us an e-mail in which you describe the deficiency/flaw and state either your invoice or order number.

Then we will contact you with further information. You are also very welcomed to send us a picture, which will be helpful for us to expedite our assistance to you. If an item has to be returned to us, we will cover the costs and send you a return label, which you can use for the return. This way we avoid that you have to any money. Please note that we do not refund postage for shipment, which are sent to us without prior agreement.
